Based at the heart of the warehouse, the Head of Production & Realisation is the person who transforms Marc’s drawings, conversations and last-minute flashes of inspiration into physical reality.

Working closely with Marc, he coordinates the build, solves practical problems and drives Dave, Bob, James and the wider production team towards the finish line. When Marc imagines the impossible, he works out how to build it—and makes sure it arrives in one piece.
